Alisha has enjoyed success in the mortgage industry for over 16 years.  She started as a loan processor working with seasoned loan officers to put difficult transactions together.  The transition from processor to loan officer to partner in the company has been driven by her strong conviction to ensure every client enjoys a positive experience from prequalification through closing.  Alisha is well versed in all types of financing transactions, and specializes in FHA, VA, CalHFA and Reverse Mortgages.  

Prior to obtaining her mortgage experience Alisha worked for a real estate office, an escrow company and a property management company.  This varied background gives her all the tools necessary to lead her clients through the sometimes confusing maze of financing a new home purchase.
