A student of San Diego State University, Irma comes to us with over 25 years in Banking and Lending experience.  Upon working with various major "Portfolio lenders" there was a need to expand the "client base", and went into Mortgage Banking, and learned of the many options available for today's "complicated Buyers".  Bilingual and having experience in construction loans was an easy transition into the business.

Don Templin is a Loan Officer with over 30 years of construction experience in all aspects of the business.  His understanding of the properties and knowledge in lending has brought him success.
